A New Quote

I had meetings in Dalton, GA on Tuesday. It was a really good day. Our last meeting was with the headmaster of Christian Heritage School. After we nailed down all the logistics for the summer, we started talking about ministry and what he’d done in the past and now looking to the future. He was discussing this with a friend earlier in the day and sharing a new vision God had given him for ministry. His friend said the following to him which he relayed to me. “If you don’t carve out time to pursue the vision that God has given you, the devil will whittle it away.”
Two quotes from compeating computer companies come to mind here. Microsoft’s motto used to be, “Where do you want to go today?” Apple’s motto was, “Think Different.”
In order to pursue that which God has laid on you, you have to do those two things. Ask where and think different.
